For the price, we got great value and a fantastic room with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the park, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Had a great Xmas at the hotel. Loved the luxurious and clean tents, felt like a fancy hotel! The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The food was outstanding, especially the dining in different locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the park during our hike and night walk.

Was a bit disappointed that the jeep safari tour was not included and had to pay an additional $140 per person. Also, had some issues with the safari experience as we started with a broken jeep and had to wait for a replacement.

The experience at this campsite was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, the food was incredible, and the guided safari walks were super exciting. The facilities provided were top-notch, with hot showers and flushing toilets. We even had a cooking class in the morning at no extra charge. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and we had unforgettable encounters with a sloth bear and an elephant. The all-day safari would have been even more jaw-dropping.

The staff was very friendly and ensured a good stay. the BBQ dinner in a lovely nature setting was delicious. They even packed us breakfast for our early departure.

We spent 3 nights at Big Game Camp and had a great experience. The camp is well laid out and has a great atmosphere. Even though it's not inside the park, the setting near the lake provides opportunities to see many birds and other animals. One of the highlights for us was the romantic dinner under the stars, which was one of the most memorable meals we've had. The staff, from the naturalists to the waiters, were all professional and made us feel well taken care of. Another plus is that there are not too many vehicles compared to other parks in Sri Lanka, allowing for a more intimate safari experience.

The value for money at this eco-camp was excellent, with comfortable accommodations and plenty of activities to enjoy. The location was surrounded by nature and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
